Smudge Domestic Shorthair Adult Female in Cumberland, Maine

My story
Smudge is a beautiful all white healthy American Short Hair.

She is approximately 8 years old with high cheekbones and a very expressive face.

She has incredibly soft fur (chinchilla like) and LOVES to be combed and/or brushed.

And I mean LOVES it!

She is a lap cat at heart and will seek you out to snuggle.

Once she adapts to her surroundings, she is very playful, ever youthful and loves any and all attention she is given.

She is endearing, lovable and a bit kooky which will make you smile regularly.

Smudge (named as such as a kitten as she had a wisp of color on her forehead which eventually faded) knows her name and proudly responds when called.

She has beautiful green eyes, a wonderful “meow” and the “cattitude” of a beautiful princess – prim, proper, ever so virtuous and needing to be the single focus of attention. That being said, Smudge will not do well in a home with other cats or children.

She is currently being fostered with other cats and is overwhelmed with anxiety (nips and scratches humans and cats alike).

She needs to be with cat savvy people who have the patience to work with her to help her feel safe and enable her to show her genuinely loving nature.
